HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

- Appropriate CVs are issued to the authorized executives / owners of the requests,
- The CVs are evaluated; comments are noted and selected candidates are indicated for interview,
- Outlook meeting request, covering the finalized interview dates, is created and forwarded to the attendees by the Software,
- Interview report and comments are entered to the Software by the attendees,
- All comments and reports are combined and sent as a unique report to the managing director's evaluation by the Software,
- The required information (salary, start date, project, position, etc.) is forwarded to the personnel affairs if the employment is approved, if not declared via e-mail as negative to the attendees by the Software,
- A categorized list of candidates for further evaluation and other various actions required during HR management may be created via the Software.
